2 1/4 all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 package (4-serving size) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 package (12 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture then stir in chips. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop from tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes about three dozen.
